Our Complaints Policy

At Dutch Concerts, we value your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have. If you have a complaint, please use the complaints form below or email us at complaints@dutchconcerts.com. We strive to respond to all complaints within 7 business days.

For issues specifically related to tickets, please contact us at tickets@dutchconcerts.com. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

Information about the process:

Complaints with regards to our services or products will be addressed as soon as possible. We aim to resolve your complaint within 15 business days. Our Complaints Officer will contact you to discuss the complaint in detail. 

 
 

If more time is needed, the complaints officer will inform you as soon as possible, but within the initial 15 business days. You will always receive a written response from us how much additional time we require.

 
 

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you have the option to escalate the matter with the dispute commission ‘De Geschillencommissie.’ You can submit your complaint through their website.

Please note that additional fees may apply when submitting a complaint with ‘De Geschillencommissie.’ We encourage you to review their terms and conditions of ‘De Geschillencommisie’ for more information on the process and associated costs.

Furthermore, the solution provided by ‘De Geschillencommissie’ is binding for both parties and that a lawsuit is not possible in court, after the committee has made a ruling.
